REMOVAL - REFITTING INJECTORS

1 - TOOLS REQUIRED

Pipe with adapter for valve SCHRADER (-).0141-T1 .

2 - REMOVAL

remove the inlet manifold .

Lower the fuel pressure by connecting the end of the tool [1] to the valve SCHRADER; catch the fuel in a receptacle .

Disconnect the rear lambda sensors and unclip the wiring harnesses from the lifting eye .

Disconnect the fuel connectors (1) .

Move aside the engine harness (2) and its sheathing .

Remove the bolts (3) .

Move aside the injection rails (4) by pulling upwards .

Disconnect the connectors (5) .

Remove :

• the clip (6)
• the injector (7)

3 - REFITTING

Refit the injectors on the injection rails .

Connect the connectors .

Refit the injection rails .

fit the exhaust manifold with new gaskets .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
