REMOVAL - REFITTING EXHAUST FRONT MANIFOLD

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the front pre-catalyser
• the upper heat shield on the exhaust manifold
• the 10 nuts (1)
• the front exhaust manifold

2 - REFITTING

Replace the manifold seal .

Refit the manifold .

Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown :

• pre-tighten : 1 da.Nm
• tightening torque: 3 da.Nm

replace front precatalytic converter .

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .
