REMOVAL - REFITTING EGR VALVE

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the style cover .

Move aside the EGR solenoid valve bracket .

DW10ATED ENGINE

ALL MODELS

Disconnect the pipe (1) .

Move aside the inlet duct (2) .

Remove :

• the bolts (3)
• the bolt (4)

Move aside the clip (5) .

Remove :

• the nuts (6)
• the pipe (7)
• EGR valve (8)

Retrieve the joint .

2 - REFITTING

Always renew :

• the seal
• the collar (5) (specific to Service)

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten :

• the nuts (6) to 1 da.Nm
• the bolts (3) to 1 da.Nm
• the bolt (4) to 1 da.Nm
