ADJUSTMENT BALL BLADE

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Locking screw (-).0338-M1 .

[2] Adjustment shim for ball with spring (-).0338-M2 .

2 - OPERATION

Prior conditions :

• hydraulic block in position

Place the gear selection lever in position 2 (A) .

Remove the bolt (1) .

Release the bolt (2) .

Position the tools [1]-[2] .

With the ball with spring correctly positioned on the ball sector (B), lock tool [2] using tool [1] .

Tighten the bolt (2) to 0,8 da.Nm .

Remove the tools [1]-[2] .

Refit the bolt (1) ; Tightening torque : 0,8 da.Nm .

Check the stiffness of the gearchange lever lock .

IMPERATIVE : ensure that the gear selector lever operates correctly in all positions; there must not be any extra lever travel when it is in position 2 ; adjust the multifunction switch .
