REMOVAL - REFITTING HYDRAULIC BLOCK HARNESSES

WARNING : this operation requires a great deal of care; take all possible cleanliness precautions .

1 - REMOVAL

With the vehicle on a lift .

Remove :

• the air cleaner assembly
• the bolts (1)
• the 12-way connector (yellow (2)
• the clip (3)

Raise the vehicle .

Position a container to recover the oil .

Remove :

• the casing bolts (5)
• the hydraulic block casing (6)
• the hydraulic block (4)

Unfasten the hydraulic block harness connectors by gentle levering with a screwdriver .

Remove the harness .

2 - REFITTING

Refasten the hydraulic block harness on the solenoid valves .

refit the hydraulic block .

Continue the fitting operations in the reverse order to removal .

Top up the oil level with fresh oil .
