REMOVAL GEARBOX CONTROL AND INPUT AND OUTPUT SHAFTS PLATE

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the oil neck (1)
• the reverse shaft (2) and the gear (3)

Remove :

• the shaft (4)
• the reverse rocking lever (5), by pivoting it upwards

Remove :

• the fork piston (6)
• the spring (7)

IMPERATIVE : engage 2 nd speed .

Remove the bolts (8) .

Detach the plate from the split pins (9) .

Remove the board .

Knock the pins flush with the plate with a plastic mallet .

Simultaneously remove the input and output shafts .
