DISMANTLING DIFFERENTIAL BOX

1 - PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

Remove the differential .

Unclip the speedometer drive bolt (1) .

Remove the bearing (2) .

USE TOOLS [4] - [22] .

Remove :

• the bolts (3)
• the crown wheel (4)

Open the differential casing .

Remove :

• the friction washer (5)
• the sun wheel (6)
• the shaft (7)
• the planet cage (8)-(9)
• the cups (10)-(11)
• the sun wheel (12)
• the friction washer (13)

IMPERATIVE : do not separate the planet wheels from from their cup washers or the sun wheels from their friction washers .
