REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT SUSPENSION FLEXIBLE MOUNTINGS

1 - RECOMMENDED TOOLS

[1] extractor with bridge piece .

[2] Fitting pad (-).0917 D .

[3] Removal pin (-).0917 F .

[4] Support tool (-).0618 J .

2 - REMOVAL

Extract the flexible bushes :

the rear mounting (1) by means of the press, using the tools [1] - [2] - [3]
the front mounting by means of the press having removed the front section using a screwdriver

3 - REFITTING

Spray slip compound at (A) .

Position the flexible bush to line up the marks (B) and (C) .

Insert the flexible mounting (1) until x = 295 mm by means of the press, using the tool [3] .

Spray slip compound at (E) .

Press in the front flexible bush (2) using the fitting drift [4] .

Fit the other part of the front mounting using a mallet .
