REPLACEMENT REAR LOWER ARM FLEXIBLE MOUNTING

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Extraction and fitting support (-).0536-N .

[2] Fitting-extraction end piece (-).0536-M .

NOTE : the end piece [2] is used to fit the flexible mounting in one direction (large diameter in contact with the mounting) and for extraction in the other direction (small diameter in contact with the mounting to pass through the arm) .

2 - REMOVAL

REMOVE THE REAR LOWER ARM .

Fit :

• the lower arm (1) to the extraction support [1]
• the extraction end piece [2] to the lower arm (1)

Extract the flexible mounting using the press .

3 - REFITTING

Use a new flexible mounting .

Fit :

• the lower arm (1) to the fitting support [1]
• the fitting end piece [2] with the flexible mounting to the lower arm (1)

Position the flexible mounting in its housing using the press .

REFIT THE REAR LOWER ARM (1) .
