REMOVAL - REFITTING REAR CROSSMEMBER FLEXIBLE MOUNTING

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Fitting ring (-).0536 S .

[2] Extraction end piece (-).0536 T .

[3] Extraction counterbore (-).0536 U .

[4] Fitting washer (-).0536 V1 .

[5] nut and bolt (-).0536 V2 + V3 .

2 - REMOVAL

REMOVE THE REAR SUSPENSION .

Fit the extractor comprising the following tools to the rear crossmember :

• the extraction end piece [2]
• the extraction counterbore [3]
• the nut and bolt [5]

Extract the flexible mounting by tightening the nut on the bolt .

3 - REFITTING

Use a new flexible mounting .

Fit the following tools to the flexible mounting and the rear crossmember :

• the fitting ring [1]
• the fitting washer [4]
• the nut and bolt [5]

Tighten the assembly until the flexible mounting shoulder stops against the rear crossmember .

REFIT THE REAR AXLE .
