REPLACEMENT FRONT FLEXIBLE MOUNT OF THE REAR LONGITUDINAL ARM

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Fitting support (-).0536-A .

[2] Fitting-extraction end piece (-).0536-B .

[3] Extraction support (-).0536-C .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove the rear horizontal arm .

Identify the position of the flexible mount (3) in relation to the rear longitudinal arm (2), using the compartments (4) as markers .

Fit :

• the longitudinal arm (2) on the press-fit support [3]
• the extraction adaptor [2] on the longitudinal arm (2)

Extract the flexible mounting using the press .

3 - REFITTING

Use a new flexible mounting .

WARNING : ensure that the flexible mount is positioned correctly on refitting .

Fit :

• the longitudinal arm (2) on the press-fit support [1]
• the press-fit adaptor [2] with the flexible mount on the longitudinal arm (2)

Position the flexible mounting in its housing using the press .

IMPERATIVE : centralise the flexible mount in its housing using the press and the tools [2], [3] .

Refit the rear horizontal arm .
