REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT BUMPER

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Clip removal hook .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove from each side :

• the fasteners (1)
• the mud shield (2)
• the fasteners (3)

Remove the blank .

Insert the tool [1] in the mud shield grommet .

Turn a quarter turn to release the fastening (A) .

Tilt the mud shield (4) towards the rear of the vehicle .

Slacken the fasteners (5) .

Disconnect the additional headlamps (6) (according to specification) .

Remove :

• the fasteners (7)
• the grille (8) by disengaging the clips

Remove (according to specification) :

• the fasteners (9)
• the bumper (10)

NOTE : to remove the bumper, two people are necessary .

3 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Ensure that there is a step between the bumper and the front wing of 2.5 ± 1.5 mm .
