REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT DOOR

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Set of 2 door support stands (-).1331 .

2 - REMOVAL

Open the door .

Remove :

• the fasteners (1)
• the fasteners (2)

Remove the door, and support it on the stand [1] .

NOTE : for the following operations, two operators are necessary .

Unclip the four lugs from the snap ring holding the connections (3) .

Release the assembly of the sealing gaiter (4) and the connections bracket ring (3) .

Unclip the electrical connection (5) .

Remove the door .

3 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : correctly assemble the snap ring holding the connections (3) with the sealing gaiter (4) .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the operation of the electrical equipment before refitting the door .
