REMOVAL - REFITTING HEATER

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Hose clamp : Workshop reference (-).1512 .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove the fascia .

Remove :

• the fastener (1)
• the fastener (2)

Disconnect :

• the connection (3)
• the connection (4)

Depressurise the cooling system .

Clamp the heater matrix inlet and outlet pipes (5) .

WARNING : place a receptacle under the heater matrix inlet and outlet pipes .

Disconnect the hoses (5) .

Remove :

• the fastener (6)
• the fastener (7)

WARNING : place a container under the matrix unions .

Check that all of the fascia harness wires are disconnected .

Remove :

• the heater and fascia harness assembly, by pulling towards you
• the fasteners (8)
• the heater (9)
• the fascia harness (10)

3 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
