PAINT REPAIR TIME SCHEDULE PRESENTATION

The paint operations are divided into 4 classes .

Category 0 :

Category 1 :

Category 2 :

Category 3 :

NOTE : the anti-chip treatment is not included in these diifferent classes, nor is the removal/refitting time required for any accessories .

1 - FIXED PAINTING TIME (OPERATION 70.000 U)

A fixed painting time of 0,70 h for one-coat paint and 1,00 h for two-coat paint is added to the paint operations shown in the repair time schedule, whatever the number of components painted .

This fixed time comprises: preparation of the colour, producing one or several plates to correct this, cleaning the instruments and spray guns, replacing the products where they are stored .

NOTE : when painting parts with a suface area less than 5 dm2, only the painting time, and no other time, will be taken into account for invoicing .

2 - INVOICING OF PAINT WORK

2 - 1 - INVOICING OF A COMPONENT

Record the time of the operation corresponding to the class of paint used then add to this time the fixed time of 0,70 hour or 1,00 hour depending on the type of paint .

Example :

2 - 2 - INVOICING OF 2 LINKED COMPONENTS

Record the time of the operation corresponding to the class of paint used for each component, then deduct 15 % from the total .

Add to this time the fixed time of 0,70 hour or 1,00 hour .

Example :

If, during this painting work, painting of a component not juxtaposed to the two previous components is carried out, add the time corresponding to the class used without any deduction .

Example :

2 - 3 - INVOICING OF 3 LINKED COMPONENTS

Same procedure as previously, but the deduction is 20 % .

Example :

2 - 4 - INVOICING OF 4 LINKED COMPONENTS

Same procedure as previously, but the deduction is 25 % .

Example :

NOTE : the addition of an anti-chip operation to a paint operation does not increase the number of components liable for a reduction, when calculating the invoicing time .

Example :

WARNING : invoicing of the various paint processes is done by multiplying the equivalent hourly painting rate by the time invoiced .
