REPLACEMENT PASSENGER COMPARTMENT SIDE FRONT STIFFENER

IMPERATIVE : THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED USING THE MIG BRAZING PROCESS TECHNIQUE ; when the structure is repaired, all the connections concerned must be welded using the same procedure ; any other technique is prohibited .

WARNING : place the air bag in contact with the generator for safety reasons .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

1 - COMPLEMENTARY OPERATION(S)

Removal - refitting :

• bonnet
• bonnet hinge
• FRONT WING
• FRONT DOOR
• scuttle grille
• front headlamp unit
• right-hand style cover

Release the fuse box ; Under the bonnet .

Detach the right-hand side :

• the expansion bottle
• the screenwash reservoir
• the wash-wipe pump

NOTE : PLACE THE WINDSCREEN WIPER ARMS IN THE DELIVERY POSITION .
