REPLACEMENT OUTER SILL

IMPERATIVE : THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED USING THE MIG BRAZING PROCESS TECHNIQUE ; when the structure is repaired, all the connections concerned must be welded using the same procedure ; any other technique is prohibited .

WARNING : all the scoured areas must be protected by the approved electrolytic re-zincing process .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

1 - COMPLEMENTARY OPERATION(S)

Removal - refitting :

• FRONT BUMPER
• rear mud guard
• FRONT WING
• FRONT, REAR DOOR APERTURE SEAL
• FRONT DOOR
• rear door
• FRONT SEAT
• rear seat (rear seat cushion - backrest)
• lower hinge, front and rear door
• anti-dirt seal

Remove-refit trim :

• centre pillar
• part front floor
• part rear floor

Detach the electrical harnesses .

Protect the front and rear floor .

2 - SPECIAL FEATURES

When adjusting the exterior side member, use either the jig tools or mechanical or electronic measuring equipment .
