REPLACEMENT FRONT DOOR

1 - TOOLING

[1] Door stand CELETTE .

Set of shims (-).1355-C :

• [2] 3 shims
• [3] 1 shim
• [4] 2 shims

2 - PARTS REQUIRED

(1) Hinge .

(2) Screw front pillar side .

(3) Screw door side .

(4) Shaft .

(5) Centralising pins .

(6) Clip .

3 - FITTING

IMPERATIVE : the rear door must be in place in order to assemble the front door .

Place the door on the stand [1] .

Position :

• the blocks [2] at (A) ; dimension of 16 mm towards the outside
• the shim [3] at (B) ; dimension of 14 mm towards the outside
• the [4] blocks 5 mm thick at (C)

Position the hinges (D) .

Half-tighten the bolts (2) .

Position the door opposite the hinges .

Half-tighten the bolts (3) .

Tighten the check strap to the front pillar .

NOTE : the heads of the door pins 4 are facing each other .

Detach the tool [1] .

3 - 1 - CLEARANCE CHECK

REMOVE THE FRONT WING .

Close the door .

CHECK THE FITS AND CLEARANCES .

Tighten the bolts (2) .

Open the door and tighten the hinge fixings to the door .

CHECK THE FITS AND CLEARANCES .

FIT THE FRONT WING .

Tighten :

• the fastenings (2) to 6 da.Nm
• the fastenings (3) to 3 da.Nm
