REPLACEMENT ROOF

IMPERATIVE : THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED USING THE MIG BRAZING PROCESS TECHNIQUE ; when the structure is repaired, all the connections concerned must be welded using the same procedure ; any other technique is prohibited .

WARNING : all the scoured areas must be protected by the approved electrolytic re-zincing process .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

1 - COMPLEMENTARY OPERATION(S)

Removal - refitting :

• WINDSCREEN
• TAILGATE
• headlining (if the vehicle is fitted with a sunroof)
• HEADLINING
• curtain airbag module
• sun roof (according to specification)

Replace the bonded trim (without sunroof) .

Detach :

• the sunroof water drain pipes
• the electrical harnesses
