REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

1 - REMOVAL

REMOVE THE FRONT SEAT .

Unclip :

• the seat back inclination adjuster control (1)
• the cover (2)

Remove :

• the fasteners (3)
• the seat height adjuster control (4)

Remove the fastener (5) .

Detach the clipping ring (6) .

Remove the fastener (7) .

Detach the outer casing (8) on the seat controls side .

Disconnect the connector (9) (according to specification) .

Remove :

• the fasteners (10)
• the seat outer casing (11)

Detach the clipping ring (12) .

Disconnect the heating pad connector (according to specification) .

Detach and remove the cover/padding assembly pulling it forwards .

2 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : if the seat cushion cover is to be replaced : ensure that the cut corresponds exactly with the diagram above; the holes (A) and (B) must correspond to the height adjuster module and to the outer casing fastening holes .

Cut the cover using a pair of scissors or a cutter(If necessary) .

Refit the seat cushion cover .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the electrical operation .
