REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT BUMPER

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Clip removal hook ( Workshop reference (-).1339) .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the front wheels
• {{o96019}} les ensembles gicleurs lave-projecteurs (according to specification)

Remove :

• the style covers (1)
• the upper radiator grille half-grilles (2)

Disconnect the battery .

Remove the spoilers (3), (4), (5) .

On each side, Remove :

• {{o96001}} les pions de fixation (6)
• the mud shield (7)

{{O96002}} tirer vers le bas l'ensemble conduit d'air (8) pour le dégrafer .

{{O96003}} dégager le conduit de son logement .

On each side :

• remove the side fixings (9)
• {{o96004}} a l'aide de l'outil [1], deverrouiller la fixation quart de tour (10) sous projecteur

{{O96020}} débrancher les antibrouillards .

Detach the trims (11) rearwards, then upwards and remove them .

Remove : The fastener (12) .

On each side :

• using the tool [1], unscrew the mounting (13) by a quarter turn

Remove the bumper .

3 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : apply pieces of double-sided adhesive tape (14) to absorb the vibrations .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Check the operation of the equipment .
