REPLACEMENT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - FRONT PART - FRONT WING BRACKET

IMPERATIVE : THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED USING THE MIG BRAZING PROCESS TECHNIQUE ; when the structure is repaired, all the connections concerned must be welded using the same procedure ; any other technique is prohibited .

WARNING : all the scoured areas must be protected by the approved electrolytic re-zincing process .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

Removal - refitting :

• FRONT BUMPER
• FRONT WING
• FRONT HEADLAMP UNIT
• the abs unit
• control unit
• FUSE BOX
• accelerator control
• expansion vessel (on the right-hand side)
• screen wash reservoir (on the right-hand side)
• windscreen washer pump (on the right-hand side)

Detach the electrical harnesses .
